Overview

DSI is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Area Sales Manager for the Door to Door (D2D) sales channel, responsible for coaching, leadership, and strategy development to drive sales results.

In Short

  • Meet sales targets and project future sales forecasts.
  • Conduct business meetings with dealers to assess needs and improve relationships.
  • Recommend enhancements to services and products.
  • Stay updated on economic indicators and market trends.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with sales directors for strategic planning.
  • Manage performance and recognize individual contributions.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships.
  • Observe customer interactions in the field.
  • Assist in recruiting and launching new dealers.
  • Support new dealers in achieving success within 90 days.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and training sales teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and economic indicators.
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the D2D sales environment is a plus.
