Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Dropbox is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. The Core Operations TPM will lead high priority core-wide programs and help operate our Engineering organization. This TPM will establish operating rhythms for our Engineering organization and run these rhythms alongside running independent cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, detail oriented, able to use their influence to drive results for their team with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong technical experience in building distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Solid technical aptitude with an ability to understand technical architectures.
• Detail oriented and able to manage ambitious priorities.
