Benefits Partner - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team! The Benefits Partner will work as part of a small but mighty team to ensure Dropbox offers competitive benefits to Dropboxers, which are optimized for Dropbox’s business goals, values and culture.

In Short

• Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER.
• Partner with brokers and benefit providers for smooth plan administration.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze benefits utilization and employee feedback.
• Improve the employee benefits experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes across benefits administration.
• Build collaborative relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in benefits administration or analysis.
• Experience supporting international benefits programs.
• Understanding of compliance requirements across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to treat employee experience as a product.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person gatherings.
