Overview

The Customer Success Manager at DroneDeploy plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise customers in the AEC industry, ensuring that the company’s solutions deliver measurable impact and drive customer engagement.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with enterprise customers in the AEC sector.
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales to manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide strategic guidance.
  • Work with product teams to improve customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM.
  • Travel up to 20% for on-site visits.
  • Must obtain a Part 107 license within 120 days of employment.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira is a plus.
  • Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus.
