In Short

• Identify and implement process improvements that maximize time efficiency for DriveWealth employees and partners.
• Define and document repeatable processes, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success.
• Align closely with partners integrating DriveWealth's API, providing education and support.
• Establish a culture of mutual accountability between the Relationship Management team and partners.
• Use debugging skills to identify pain points and suggest changes to the product team.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in software development, focusing on API implementation.
• Proficiency in full stack development, with knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with event-based programs, using tools like Apache Kafka and AWS SQS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize multiple engagements.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to client success.
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers results under pressure.
