Overview

As a Senior Presales Solutions Architect at Dremio, you will engage with the sales team and clients to provide technical expertise and support for the Dremio product and technology.

In Short

• Work proactively with the technical community in the East region.
• Engage with sales teams and prospects to present Dremio products.
• Support customer technical needs and resolve issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of Dremio's technology.
• Travel to clients and serve as the key technical interface.
• Design end-to-end data solutions using Dremio's capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on leveraging Dremio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for expanding Dremio usage.
• Drive adoption of new features and capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer/Presales role.
• Knowledge of MPP analytic databases and data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Expertise in SQL queries and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data storage technologies like HDFS and Amazon S3.
• Experience with data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark.
• Ability to perform performance tuning of Dremio queries.
• Great presentation skills.
