Requirements

• Enjoy working with customers and a confident demeanor on the phone
• First professional experience in tourism/hotels is desirable
• Strong quality and service awareness, as well as a careful and independent working style
• High comprehension, willingness to learn, and organizational talent
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends with full commitment
• Native-level German language skills and good communication abilities; English is a plus
• Knowledge in the flight sector is a plus
