Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Agent (m/f/d) to join our team at Autohero. You will ensure a top-notch customer journey, being the first point of contact for all inquiries from vehicle orders to handovers within our retail department.

In Short

  • Be the first contact and accompany customers from order completion to vehicle handover.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to research the status of orders and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team.
  • Help customers receive their new cars quickly, delivered right to their doorstep!
  • Have initial experience in dialog marketing / call center or customer care.
  • Enjoy customer contact and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Exhibit teamwork and a hands-on mentality.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals.
  • Fluent in German, with English skills as a plus, and proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
  • Enjoy up to 100% remote work within Germany as part of our company culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in German and basic English; familiarity with Google Workspace is advantageous.
