Overview

Drata is looking for a Demand Generation Manager - Paid Media to join the company. This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup.

In Short

  • Develop and manage paid and performance media campaigns across North America and priority international markets.
  • Drive pipeline and customer growth through best practices.
  • Draft and edit copy for ads, social media, and landing pages.
  • Oversee external agency management for pipeline and efficiency goals.
  • Identify new channels and markets for growth.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting and analytics.
  • Own testing and experimentation with paid channels.
  • Manage annual paid digital marketing budget.
  • Build account-based campaigns with internal teams.
  • Execute marketing strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation and paid media experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of direct response through paid digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools.
  • History of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter who excels at multitasking.
