Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) Commercial role is critical in helping us realize our goal of providing our customers with an unequaled customer experience. You will drive customer journey and lifetime value by building trust and acting with integrity in all relationships.

In Short

  • Serve as primary point of contact and guide overall relationship with customers.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leaders to assure value-selling through customer journey.
  • Engage with customers’ performance metrics and data.
  • Establish regular cadence meetings with customers.
  • Conduct milestone meetings to drive value based on customer objectives.
  • Conduct QBRs with executive and C-level team members.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Drata’s platform.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers around best practices.
  • Help to grow mutual accountability between Drata and its customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success Management role.
  • BA/BS or Equivalent.
  • Power user/expertise in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Jira, Gong, Sigma, and other tools preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required.
  • Security, Compliance, and/or GRC experience preferred.
  • Empathetic and honest communicator.
  • Active listener with capacity to synthesize complex information.
  • Data-fueled approach to CSM work.
  • Collaborative and constructive attitude.
