• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by delivering high-impact HR solutions.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Facilitate performance management and coaching conversations.
• Analyze HR metrics to support data-informed decisions.
• Act as a liaison between global People teams and GTM leadership.
• Provide support on employee relations and team dynamics.
• Execute core People programs within GTM teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and Finance on headcount planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years as a Business Partner.
• 2+ years supporting Sales or GTM organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Strong foundation in HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting international teams across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
