In Short

• Interface with clients to plan and implement the Dragos Platform.
• Work on network architecture and sensor placement for deployments.
• Tune and optimize the Dragos platform to meet customer objectives.
• Monitor the health of the Platform solution and ensure continuous availability.
• Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support for the Platform.
• Communicate with clients about upcoming features and improvements.
• Collaborate with other Dragos teams for enhanced service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional Dragos products and services.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients.

Requirements

• 3 years of ICS/OT experience (Cybersecurity experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, and scripting languages (Python, shell).
• Experience managing on-premise and cloud software solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
