Resident Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Resident Engineer will assist clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution during the project duration.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Zscaler Professional Services team.
• Integrate Zscaler solutions into customer environments.
• Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide regular status reports for incidents and projects.
• Respond to unplanned events, including after hours.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols.
• Experience with systems installation and administration.
• Meets DoD 8570 IATII or 8140 Cyber Def Infra Support Specialist requirements.
