  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership at customer organizations.
  • Document feature requests and escalate customer issues.
  • Collaborate to create data-driven collateral for informed decision-making.
  • Travel 50%+ to engage with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success or sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience with strategic account planning.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to strengthen customer relationships.
  • 5+ years in the commercial construction industry is a plus.
