Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales and visibility of Downeast Cider in the Greater Boston area while developing strong relationships with retail partners.

In Short

  • Drive sales and brand awareness through strong relationships.
  • Execute on account visits and quarterly sales goals.
  • Grow brand presence and introduce new products.
  • Prospect for new business and close sales.
  • Monitor product freshness and quality standards.
  • Oversee local brand ambassador events.
  • Record account details in CRM software.
  • Maintain accurate records and send weekly recaps.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
  • Must reside in the covered territory.

Requirements

  • Passionate about craft cider.
  • Experience providing superior customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Outside sales experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in the alcohol industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM software.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
