Overview

The Tele-Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales and visibility of Downeast Cider by building relationships with off-premise retail partners through effective phone-based sales outreach.

In Short

  • Conduct phone-based sales outreach across a designated territory.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners.
  • Establish new customer accounts.
  • Drive product trial through effective merchandising.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity.
  • Achieve a minimum of 300 cases sold per month.
  • Make 40–50 sales calls per day.
  • Complete 25 sales activity forms daily.
  • Participate in ongoing sales excellence training.
  • Work towards promotional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Passionate about craft cider.
  • Experience providing superior customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
  • Must reside in the same area as the covered territory.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools.
  • At least one year of sales experience or relevant academic background.
  • Positive, engaging personality.
