Double the Donation specializes in cloud-based software for nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, focusing on fundraising needs. We are looking for a Customer / Upsell Marketing Specialist to enhance customer adoption, retention, and expansion through targeted marketing programs.

In Short

• Map the post-sale journey to educate and upsell customers.
• Build multichannel retention and expansion campaigns.
• Cultivate customer advocates for testimonials and referrals.
• Segment accounts for targeted messaging.
• Collaborate with customer success and sales teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer or lifecycle marketing for SaaS.
• Strong copywriting and project management skills.
• Collaborative with CS, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
