In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and conference calls.
  • Schedule and lead daily Zoom calls with customers.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Resolve customer requests and issues promptly.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance the onboarding process.
  • Work with multiple teams to provide a great customer experience.
  • Must be based in the Philippines with consistent availability.
  • Must have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for helping nonprofits is essential.

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with outstanding organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.
