Overview

The Retail Strategy Associate will support key strategic growth initiatives for DoorDash's Retail business, focusing on partnerships with third-party retail merchants.

In Short

• Develop optimal strategies for serving customers and merchants.
• Manage tracking dashboards and metrics for merchant launches and consumer acquisition.
• Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits of programs.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in analytical and cross-functional roles.
• Strong ownership mentality and bias for action.
• Proficiency in data analysis and model building in Excel and SQL.
• Ability to operate at both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
