Overview

Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance & Strategy Team, playing a major role in supporting the development and execution of various strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Evaluate key business problems and work with stakeholders to implement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, & Finance teams.
• Build and maintain resource models for growth needs.
• Track key performance indicators and develop action plans.
• High visibility across the executive team.
• Fast-paced, analytically rigorous, mission-driven environment.
• Hybrid work model (3-4 days in office).
• Work until 2pm Pacific Time for US overlap.

Requirements

• MBA graduate from 2022/2023/2024.
• 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in finance or consulting.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Best-in-class Excel skills and experience with quantitative analyses.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Self-starter with a track record of success.
• Experience with international teams preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity.
