Strategic Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Finance Associate will play a critical role in supporting capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term financial planning at Oklo.

In Short

• Contribute to long-term corporate financial planning and manage Oklo’s financial model
• Provide financial analysis for strategic partnerships, M&A, and other transactions
• Build and update project financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
• Prepare presentation and due diligence materials for senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate economic assumptions
• Monitor industry trends to inform corporate strategy
• Support FP&A activities and other corporate finance tasks
• Interact with Oklo’s financial advisors
• Support investor relations analysis

Requirements

• Passionate about clean energy and advanced nuclear
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking or strategic finance
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel)
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proven track record of high academic and professional achievement
