The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the operations of multiple DashMart locations, ensuring efficiency and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in logistics and/or warehousing is beneficial.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
