Data Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Anthropic’s Research team is looking for a Data Operations Manager to help us level up our human data operations and accelerate our ability to develop models.

In Short

• Scope, coordinate, and procure data collection and labeling projects.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure resources are directed appropriately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Execute on human data projects, including writing labeling instructions and reviewing data.
• Report out on projects, including dashboards and data analysis.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain and improve our human feedback interface.
• Develop and support operations for an in-house team of human data workers.

Requirements

• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on data.
• Exceptional project and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with data collection, labeling, and analysis.
• Experience using tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.
