The New Verticals Operations team at DoorDash is focused on delivering a leading fulfillment quality experience across Convenience, Grocery, and Alcohol businesses.

In Short

• Support intraday and holiday quality management.
• Execute on standard operating procedures.
• Interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers.
• Monitor intraday metrics related to customer experience.
• Use internal tools to solve problems.
• Create documentation for processes.
• Support new operational processes and pilots.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of Google Sheets/Excel.
