In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects from initial outreach to close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of net new prospects.
  • Support the development of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Partner with teams across the business including Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within hospitality technology.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with multi-location restaurant groups.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior sales team members.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
