Overview

We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder to help us scale DoorDash’s non-restaurant business internationally! This is an exciting opportunity to drive the selection and acquisition strategy of all non-restaurant categories across Canada and Australia.

In Short

• Manage the acquisition strategy for international non-restaurant categories.
• Identify and size opportunities for merchant acquisition.
• Mobilize sales resources and build lead lists.
• Onboard new merchants and improve retention.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to diagnose problems.
• Lead projects and drive high-level goals into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of merchants.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams.
• Drive success in the merchant lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• Grit and a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups is a plus.
• Leadership skills to build strong teams.
