DoorDash is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead New Verticals (NV) Discovery, focusing on driving user engagement and enhancing the shopping experience for Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and other non-restaurant categories.

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance NV discovery and engagement across the DoorDash platform.
• Own operational excellence for NV Discovery, including content curation, surface optimization, and performance tracking.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to align with company goals.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize homepage visibility and NV ranking.
