Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst will join the Operations team and report directly to the Head of Operations, delivering insights, strategy, and technology solutions to enhance customer experiences.

In Short

• Perform analysis of customer reviews and report weekly.
• Run analytics across the CS & Operations organization.
• Participate in ideation for product and CRM improvements.
• Execute improvements to internal processes and systems.
• Run ad-hoc analytics requests and create reports.
• Manage customer-facing FAQs and chatbot content.
• Communicate updates during incidents impacting customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional projects across operations and product.
• Provide business insights based on data analysis.
• Ensure readiness for launching new features and experiences.

Requirements

• Fast learner with expert knowledge of product workings.
• Experience in a startup environment in a similar role.
• 3+ years in customer operations.
• Strong execution skills and accountability.
