The Tax Team Lead at doola will oversee a team of Tax Preparers, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective resolution of inquiries while fostering a collaborative environment.

• Lead a team of Tax Preparers in managing client inquiries.
• Ensure timely preparation of business tax returns (5472, 1065, 1120).
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage daily tax-related client inquiries effectively.
• Identify and report recurring client issues.
• Track team performance metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for difficult client interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tax filing preparation for businesses.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like HubSpot.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing client interactions professionally.
