Sales Engineer - Remote

Overview

Donorbox is looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between our development team, sales and our prospects. You will be an integral part of the team, ultimately responsible for understanding and responding to our customer’s pre-sales needs, accelerating the adoption of our software.

In Short

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
• Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process.
• Demonstrate how Donorbox products can provide solutions to customers’ business needs.
• Conduct implementation calls with Enterprise level customers.
• Create and maintain documentation related to common questions.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Foster customer advocacy and represent the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Development teams.
• Answer technical questions related to RFI/RFPs from enterprise prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• In-depth knowledge of software and web technologies.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
