Overview

The Senior Account Executive will drive new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to small and midsize businesses in the commercial construction industry, focusing on new business development and revenue generation.

In Short

  • Responsible for building and managing a pipeline of SMB opportunities.
  • Focus on new business development and revenue generation.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including face-to-face meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with senior sales personnel.

  • Conduct follow-up activities to close new business.
  • Utilize CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings.
  • Must be located in designated states for remote work.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Proven expertise in inside sales to SMB customers.
  • Exceptional communication and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and executional rigor.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce or related CRMs.
  • Understanding of SMB customer dynamics.
