Overview

Dodge Construction Network is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Enterprise New Business Sales team. The SDR is a professional sales role responsible for qualifying and generating new SaaS-based sales demos, meetings, and opportunities to support the Enterprise Account Executives.

In Short

  • Full-time position reporting to the Manager, Sales Development.
  • Remote, home-office role for candidates in the continental US.
  • Drive lead opportunities via inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead quotas.
  • Learn and apply solution-based selling techniques.
  • Maintain expected call volumes.
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with management to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Expected travel is 5% for this role.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing additional contacts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience as an SDR or BDR, prospecting enterprise organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of cold calling.
  • Adaptability for learning job responsibilities.
  • Exemplary decision-making and organizational skills.
