• Build new services and iterate on them to enhance user engagement.
• Lead an engineering team focused on providing health support to young parents.
• Manage the development of a system delivering personalized medical content.
• Develop tools for tracking child health metrics.
• Empower the team to improve one of France’s most downloaded apps.
• Drive team performance and meet business objectives.
• Set the roadmap and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and be hands-on when necessary.
• Collaborate with Talent & People teams for recruitment and development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team.
• Track record of developing secure, maintainable B2C platforms.
• Experience in enhancing platform performance and user experience.
• Understanding of the value of testing code.
• Ability to adapt to efficient technologies for problem-solving.
• Comfortable speaking English daily with the team.
• Great understanding of cloud infrastructures and security topics is a plus.
