Overview

As part of the Strategic Satisfaction Program team, you will be at the heart of one of Doctolib's strategic priorities: improving the satisfaction of healthcare professionals using our solutions.

In Short

  • Understand user dissatisfaction by collaborating with teams in France and Germany.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement action plans around product improvements, user experience, customer service, and marketing.
  • Ensure follow-up on the execution of these action plans.
  • Promote a user-centered culture within the company.
  • Participate in various tasks in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Track performance indicators related to satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for customer satisfaction tracking.
  • Help disseminate a customer-centered internal culture.
  • Gain project management and personal effectiveness skills.
  • Understand key performance indicators (KPI) comprehensively.

Requirements

  • Looking for a 2nd part of gap year or end-of-study internship.
  • Previous experience in a startup in a product, marketing, or consulting role is ideal.
  • Strong personal organization and project management skills.
  • Structured with good analytical skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
