Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and process mapping.
• Solid data literacy and experience with SQL.
• Experience coordinating UAT.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with QA practices is advantageous.
