Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, who is passionate about working in a start-up, fun, ever-changing, and challenging environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the growth of Tuotempo in Colombia from scratch.

In Short

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Colombia.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and sales pitches tailored to healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate closely with other Business Units in Colombia.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize product and commercial partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Execute consultative sales processes to understand client’s business goals.
  • Build a highly motivated and high-performance team as the business grows.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a similar major.
  • Ability to inspire and guide people to achieve their best.
  • Strategic thinking and formulation of business strategies.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and identify opportunities.
  • Extensive experience in selling technical solutions in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team management and mentoring abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Advanced Level of English is required.
