Data Migration Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, focusing on processing and analyzing data to be imported into our systems from our clients’ in a SaaS context.

In Short

• Execute the data migration from a given file provided by the client into our SaaS.
• Provide support to employees and clients by resolving data import-related issues.
• Identify and report bugs in the internal Import Tool, tracking progress until final resolution.
• Create innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies.
• Actively collaborate with the team, assisting them in solving complex problems.
• Test and validate new solutions developed, offering constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Experience with data-centric roles that require extensive technical knowledge.
• Some experience with technical and non-technical customer-facing interactions.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Knowledge of programming logic, ideally with languages like Python or R.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Ownership, time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
