Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Design with 3 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in tech-driven SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design execution and leadership.
• Ability to see the big picture while focusing on user details.
• Strong facilitation skills in cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Deep empathy for users and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
