CompScience is a high-growth startup on a mission to prevent workplace injuries through technological innovations. We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead user experience for our Broker and Customer Portals.

In Short

• Define and drive product and UX strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS.
• Proven portfolio of effective enterprise user interfaces.
• Mastery in interaction design, usability, and user research.
• Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience influencing product direction and leading design initiatives.
