Overview

As a Content Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the tools, processes, and governance that support our end-to-end content localization and translation pipeline.

In Short

• Drive technical automation and integration with engineering teams.

• Evaluate and recommend technical solutions for localization challenges.
• Design and implement automation workflows using APIs and scripts.
• Keep tools organized and scalable by auditing projects and managing quotas.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in content operations or localization engineering.
• Experience with automation tools and API integrations.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript).
• Experience with AI-powered translation tools.
• Understanding of localization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Linguistics, or related field.
• Nice to have: Understanding of software development processes.
• Knowledge of content governance frameworks.
