In Short

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and performance KPIs.
• Support campaign management for content and educational initiatives.
• Maintain content and campaign calendars.
• Work with tech, product, and compliance teams on operational requests.
• Manage localization workflows for content publication.
• Track localization and access requests for the CMS.
• Handle content-related customer service issues.
• Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing.
• Support data tracking and performance reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc operational duties.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or product management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Experience with CMS platforms and data reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Passion for education, content, and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
