• Optimize the content lifecycle by designing and owning systems for scalable content development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in product content management.
• Expertise in technical development of content management systems like Contentful.
• Background in knowledge management, taxonomies, and information architecture.
• Ability to enable teams and manage transitions to new workflows.
• Experience with content audits and technical documentation.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and designers.
