Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in design and leading design teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to inspire stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• User-centered design approach.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to design and leadership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead teams across different workstreams.
• Experienced knowledge of design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
