Business Analyst (Salesforce) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and keep sprints supplied with Definition-of-Ready work while migrating our global operations to Salesforce as our core CRM.

In Short

• Role involves migrating global operations to Salesforce.
• Own requirements from intake to Definition of Ready.
• Produce user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams.
• Support reporting and analytics needs.
• Governance of data models and taxonomies.
• Prepare and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Work in a remote or hybrid setting in Spain or Poland.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environment.
• Strong requirements engineering and process mapping skills.
• Solid data literacy and experience with SQL.
• Experience coordinating UAT.
• Comfortable with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills.
