Overview

The HR Systems Analyst will manage the core HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies, while driving automation and innovation within the People Experience team.

In Short

• Ownership of HRIS system (Hibob) including data architecture and workflows.
• Define and implement PX Services processes for a people-centric experience.
• Drive automation of PX processes and manage AI applications.
• Collaborate with other PX functions for the employee journey.
• Monitor employee data quality alongside analytic functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience with 1-2 years in a global role.
• Experience as a system administrator and leading HRIS implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong analytical skills for data compilation and problem-solving.
