• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven Sr. HR Systems Analyst.
• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the People tech stack.
• Support the People team and cross-functional partners.
• Manage user access, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors.
• Support HRIS implementation including configuration and data migration.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance system workflows.
• Explore AI-powered solutions for process efficiency.
• Document processes and system configurations.
• Stay current on system capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems like UKG, Workday, Lattice.
• Strong experience with HiBob, Lattice, UKG, Greenhouse.
• Comfortable managing configurations and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities.
