The Director of Patient Marketing/Paid Acquisition will define and scale the paid patient acquisition capabilities across markets, focusing on strategy, innovation, and performance.

  • Own the end-to-end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels.

  • Manage performance across key paid channels including Google and Meta.

  • Collaborate with Product and UX for conversion optimization.
  • Maintain a balance between short-term performance and long-term brand development.
  • Identify new growth levers and partnership opportunities.
  • Drive innovation and resource allocation discipline.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing large-scale global media budgets.
  • Strong expertise with Google and Meta advertising.
  • Experience in running acquisition across multiple markets.
  • Strong bias for automation and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading teams in complex organizations.
