Overview

As a Support Engineer/TAM at DoControl, you will provide technical consultation and support to our EMEA and US customers, ensuring their SaaS Security Posture Management needs are met.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers according to defined SLA.
  • Design and deliver solution projects for customer business use cases.
  • Take ownership of customer technical issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams on escalated issues.
  • Troubleshoot using various tools and environments.
  • Become a product expert and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to the client knowledge base with technical information.
  • Understand enterprise Security and IT programs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a technical support engineer in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of JSON, SQL, and coding comprehension.
  • Experience with EMEA & US customers.
  • Technical background in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
