Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with machine learning models.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
• Proven model training and fine-tuning experience.
• Experience designing AI evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Go and Python.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to prototype quickly based on feedback.
• Experience with containerization technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of vector databases preferred.
• Experience with AI safety techniques preferred.
