Overview

The Client Solutions Specialist II is responsible for providing vehicle inspections and driving business growth within a designated territory while collaborating with sales teams and educating clients on digital wholesale solutions.

In Short

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments.

  • Educate dealers about the Manheim Marketplace.

  • Develop relationships with clients through various communication methods.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to safety.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of client experience.
  • Work independently with remote supervision.
  • Meet physical requirements for vehicle inspections.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Automotive knowledge preferred.
  • 3+ years of auction or dealership experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
  • Experience with handheld documentation devices preferred.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair helpful.
